For the life of me I can't understand how to Import a DWG file into FC using LibreDWG. And also yes, GIMP is a good example of crap. Since it is bound I have control over it's placement with the Blinding controls. First, create a new document, then select Import from the File menu, select your SVG file, and choose to import it as geometry (not as a drawing). You will get a number of objects from this import.
